In this season of gratitude and thanksgiving, we want to send out a sincere thank you to all of our donors and sponsors from the past year. Here at Empowering Kids, we want to ensure that all donations are making the greatest impact possible.
Because of your generous gift in 2019, we have been able to accomplish so much. Here are some of the highlights.
Expanded our space to the ITOW Museum
Granted $19,028 in scholarships to 28 children attending Empowering Kids
Partnered with the Boys & Girls Club to provide inclusive opportunities for our kids
Provided 2,756 hours of service for 46 children
Purchased a 14 passenger van to transport children to/from school, home, and community outings
Offered 13 different training and awareness events for caregivers and community members
Expanded our services to include adults
Continued to be one of the very few non-profit and affordable autism and ADHD programs located between Moorhead and Minneapolis
Empowering Kids has a bright future ahead for our organization and everyone impacted by our services. From individuals with autism to family members, teachers, and our local communities, we are excited — and proud — to see the progress made over the last year. And we can’t wait to see the accomplishments yet to come.
