Employee Testimonial

My work fills my cup.

From the moment you walk into the office until the time you leave, laughter and playfulness surround you. In a profession where burnout runs rampant, the work I do at Empowering Kids fills my cup rather than drains it. The environment at Empowering Kids is one of fun, safety, support, and teamwork. The staff not only empowers kids, but they empower each other. There is an enthusiasm throughout the staff to dream big and grow the agency to be the best it can be, because that is what the children they work with deserve. The emphasis on developing relationships with the children and making the work they do with them fun and exciting no matter what the activity is, shows their commitment to a positive and individualized learning experience for children. The effort put into this shows on the faces of the children from the moment they come in the door to the time they leave.
