We are fortunate to receive the following grants to further our mission in providing support and resources to individuals with autism or other social challenges. 

The Margaret A. Cargill Foundation at the Saint Paul & Minnesota Foundation

Grant Amount: $50,000

To expand access to a violence-free, healthy, positive social environment and provide opportunities to connect with peers and trusted adults for historically excluded youth.

Otto Bremer General Operating Grant

Grant Amount: $45,000

General Operating to provide autism services in Otter Tail County.

Medica Rural Health Grant

Grant Amount: $10,000

To fund nonprofit, community-led solutions that address health needs and social determinants of health in rural communities.

First Children’s Finance Facility Revitalization Grant

Grant Amount: $16,990

To complete childcare facility improvements, minor renovations, and related equipment and services

State of Minnesota Innovation Small Grants

Grant Amount: $50,000

To create a comprehensive employment and transition program where students with autism and ADHD, as young as age 14, will understand their strengths, disabilities, explore careers, develop real life job skills, and learn independent living skills.

ESSER III

Grant Amount: $20,200

Available through a partnership with Perham School District to address lost learning opportunities through summer and afterschool programming.

Otter Tail County Child Care Capacity Grant Program

Grant Amount: $14,900

To provide support for costs associated with equipment purchases, program needs, and facility improvements required for child care licensing and/or fire safety equipment.

Made possible by the Deloris Barnack Kenner Fund established with West Central Initiative

Grant Amount: $2,000

To provide a gardening program to students with autism and ADHD

State of Minnesota 2023 HCBS Provider Capacity Grants for Rural and Underserved Communities

Grant Amount: $95,662

To increase the number and ability of Home and Community-Based Service (HCBS) providers in Minnesota, supporting older adults and people with disabilities in underserved communities.

Governor’s Discretionary America Rescue Plan Funds – Summer Academic and Mental Health Support

Grant Amount: $6,300

Available through a partnership with Perham School District to provide students with summer field trips and hands on learning opportunities.
